    My Arms, Your Hearse is my favorite Opeth album. The first two albums were amazing, and I truly love each minute of the two, but MAYH just has a special something that brings everything together. From a compelling storyline to their heaviest production ever, Opeth shows major signs of development.

It was the first Opeth album to be released through Peaceville, following their departure from Candlelight and Century Black after the release of My Arms, Your Hearse, and the first album to feature Martin Mendez.
