Blaze of Glory This song is by The Alarm and appears on the album Declaration (). It's funny how they shoot you down When your hands are held up high And you open up your heart and soul But that's not enough for most. I remember this much There is nothing You shouldn't speak of If you got something to say And there is no one To be scared of Just get them out of the way Going.

My sentimental favorite amongst all of the releases dropped by guitar-driven, socially-conscious rock bands from both the United States and the United Kingdom during the ‘80’s, and specifically, the timeframe between and , “Declaration”, The Alarm’s, first proper full-length, released in the spring of ’84, differed from most of those other offerings because of the furious /5(30).

This is jon bon jovi's soundtrack album or songs inspired by blaze of glory plus the title track. This is country rock and is superb. Jon's always been a cowboy and the lyric theme suits him. This amazingly doesn't have the usual jovi sound but still rocks. Considering this was released in it still sounds fresh and has dated really well/5().
